Milton ended regular season district play on a good note Friday night with a 7-1 win at home over Washington.
The Panthers jumped out to an early 2-0 lead in the bottom of the first inning and never looked back, cruising to 7 runs off of 12 hits to wrap up 1-4A play at 5-5 on the season.
Ryan Ware got the win on the mound for the Panthers, throwing a one-hitter while giving up 0 runs in his 4.2 innings pitched.
TJ Roche was flawless from the plate, going 2-2 on the night with a double and RBI.
Milton will play host to Northview on Monday night (4/14) in a makeup game from earlier this season.
