After nearly two weeks since their last game, the Raiders showed no signs of rust in Tuesday night's district opener at West Florida.
Charlie Windfelder put up 22 and teammate CJ Simpson put up 19 as the Raiders rolled past West Florida, 71-55 for the district 1-4a win.
The Raiders trailed by three at the end of the first quarter, but cut the lead to just one heading into the locker room at the half.
Navarre took over the lead and the game in the
second half, putting up a big 25-point finish in the final stanza for the 71-55
final.
The Raiders will look to continue their district winning ways on Friday night as they host the 6-1 Washington Wildcats in what will be a tough 1-4a matchup.
