Following a tough loss to Laurel Hill back on Tuesday night, the Royals bounced back on Friday with a 58-41 district win over Rocky Bayou.

 

The Knights jumped out to an early 5-4 lead at the end of the first quarter before Logan Campbell and the Jaguars exploded  for a 21-point second quarter to pull away with the 1-A win.

 

Campbell finished with another double-double performance on the evening, putting up 22 points and 10 rebounds on the night.

 

Central will now shift sights to the annual Jay Christmas Tournament that begins on Monday, where the Jags are the defending champions after a big win over the Royals last season.
